Our Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Secretsofscent.sa. If you're not completely satisfied.
- Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
- The requested refund will be processed and transferred to the customer’s account within 15 working days, after deducting SAR 20 as delivery charges.
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used for the purchase (e.g., PayPal or Debit/Credit Card).
Returning Your Goods Safely
You are responsible for the cost and safety of the goods until they reach us. For your security, we recommend insuring your parcel for the value of the items and keeping all delivery records.
Please always include your order reference number in any correspondence and make sure the original invoice is with your parcel.
Incorrect or Faulty Products
We meticulously inspect all products before shipping to ensure the highest quality. However, if you receive an item that's you want to exchange, return, broken goods, damaged goods, goods not received, changed your mind, wrong goods received, etc., please contact care@secretsofscent.sa. Include your order number, details of the product you intended to purchase, or describe the problem with the item received.
We take great care to inspect every product before shipping to ensure top quality. However, if you receive an item that is incorrect or defective, please contact us promptly at secretsofscent.sa.
When reaching out, include your order number, the product(s) you expected, a description of the issue, and let us know if you prefer a refund or a replacement. Our customer care team will assist you with the return process and guide you through the next steps.
Order Cancellation
If you haven't received your order yet and wish to cancel it before it's dispatched,
please contact care@secretsofscent.sa.
If your order has already been processed and sent out before you decide to cancel, you'll need to return the goods to us. We will then process your refund for the full order amount, excluding any shipping charges.
